Configuration Management Manager (Aerospace/Defense)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate configuration management activities.
• Apply configuration management concepts, internal SOPs, QMPs, and project-specific requirements.
• Review engineering documentation and apply change management processes.
• Ensure program and project configuration management functions are completed on schedule.
• Supervise direct reports and assign daily tasks when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Experience managing and controlling technical documentation for programs and projects.
• Working knowledge of EIA-649, applicable MIL-STDs, MIL-HDBK 61, AS9100, AS9101, and AS9110.
• Understanding of engineering documentation, MIL-STD-31000, and MIL-DTL-31000.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
