Senior Project Manager (Transmission & Distribution)

Location: Tumwater, Washington, United States; ability to travel is required.

Expected salary range: $154,000–$231,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage all phases of large, complex projects or multiple large-scale projects from proposal and bidding through completion.
• Plan project schedules, funding, staffing, procedures, and resource allocation.
• Manage contracts from initial discussions through final close-out, including reviewing and approving variations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Associate Project Managers, Project Managers, and project staff.
• Promote safety, lead project meetings, communicate project information, and resolve or escalate issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle types and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel.
