What you will do

• Prioritize and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for equipment in Area-19 to minimize downtime.
• Inspect maintenance work for safety, housekeeping, and workmanship compliance.
• Coordinate production readiness, work permits, scheduling, and workflow execution for maintenance activities.
• Represent Production in weekly maintenance scheduling meetings and champion the Production Work Management Process.
• Monitor planning, scheduling, field execution, and maintenance and production performance metrics.
• Oversee production-related contractors, support capital projects and 5-S initiatives, and assist with outage planning and PSM inspections.

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in the United States is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree in Process Technology, or at least five years of production or maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing facility in lieu of the degree.
• At least 3 years of related production or maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with internet, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of machinery and basic engineering principles, plus supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
