Commercial Bank Leasing Specialist (Equipment Finance)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; primary office at 401 S Graham St. Frequent driving is required.

What you will do

• Develop new commercial leasing business from prospects and expand equipment finance revenue.
• Work with commercial bankers, commercial clients, and prospects to identify equipment finance transactions.
• Structure, price, document, and close true lease and equipment finance transactions.
• Service existing commercial bank clients financing capital equipment purchases.
• Build opportunities across a designated geography and attend cross-functional bank meetings.
• Monitor competitive conditions and inform regional bank managers about market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in commercial banking or leasing sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of business finance and ability to read and evaluate financial statements.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
