Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead mechanical, electrical, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and reliable site operations.
• Drive site performance through maintenance and reliability strategies covering OEE, downtime, and schedule adherence.
• Develop and implement asset care and predictive maintenance plans.
• Optimize maintenance processes and systems, including SAP PM, and manage engineering and maintenance budgets, contractors, and costs.
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and process safety standards, including Permit to Work, while coaching and developing the engineering team.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or a similar engineering discipline.
• Extensive engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems; SAP PM knowledge is preferred.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement or LEAN initiatives.
• Understanding of EHS and process safety requirements, with strong commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
