Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end to end.
• Define engineering standards and patterns for the future team.
• Work directly with the founders on technical decisions and engineering leadership.
• Continuously ship production-ready software to enterprise customers.
• Build reliable and observable systems with monitoring and tracing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience building products or projects from 0 to 1 and owning features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Experience with LLMs, agent-based platforms, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience implementing observability, monitoring, tracing, retries, and queuing in distributed systems.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, United States.
