Global EHS Engineer

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States. The position requires approximately 10–20% travel, and relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and monitor global EHS trends using Pareto analysis, root cause analysis, TRIR, and related metrics.
• Publish monthly global EHS incident reports, action-item status updates, Pareto analyses, and TRIR reports.
• Analyze site Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions data, emission factors, and source-data integrity for GHG and carbon-footprint reporting.
• Track corporate, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audit findings and support timely corrective-action closure.
• Work with site EHS and Facilities Managers to develop practical improvement plans and reduction strategies.
• Evaluate corrective-action effectiveness and conduct onsite EHS validation audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, environmental management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience.
• Working experience with GHG Scope 1 and Scope 2 data sources, emission factors, and TRIR calculations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet regulatory deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in Billerica, United States; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation.
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 auditor certification.
• Experience with Assent, BOMCheck, RBA, or similar product stewardship platforms.
• Knowledge of global RoHS and REACH requirements.
