Salesforce Engineer for Retail Execution (Salesforce)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office engagement.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce features based on provided specifications.
• Design and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, release activities, testing, and development efforts.
• Collaborate with senior developers, technical leads, and product managers to deliver internal solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and improve test coverage.
• Adopt best practices for coding, testing, and deployments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Good understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX and SFDX.
• Experience with GitHub, DevOps tools, and CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to agile environments and strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Agreement to employment under a Polish full-time employment contract (Umowa o Pracę).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with integrations or external API usage.
