What you will do

• Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects independently.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Act as a Product Owner, managing backlogs and prioritizing features.
• Coordinate cross-functional development teams across multiple workstreams.
• Design complex Salesforce data models and automation solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and present proof-of-concept solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• At least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud certifications.
• Proven experience in designing complex data models and automation.
• Strong ability to conduct workshops and provide accurate technical estimations.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Tableau and Einstein Analytics.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
• Salesforce Certified Architect credentials or progress toward them.
