Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote; hiring only in Spain, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Montenegro, Argentina, and Uruguay.

Salary: 3,500–5,000 USD per month.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sales Cloud for sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Design Salesforce solutions for RevOps and implement CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ to streamline quote-to-cash workflows.
• Oversee Certinia PSA for project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
• Use Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for campaigns, data integration, segmentation, analytics, and revenue insights.
• Implement Agentforce and other AI-driven Salesforce capabilities to improve automation, forecasting, and user productivity.
• Manage DevOps, CI/CD, change control, user onboarding, training, documentation, and collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and IT.

Requirements

• Must be located in Spain, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Montenegro, Argentina, or Uruguay.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience implementing Sales Cloud, including pipeline management, sales automation, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, change management, and change control.
• Experience driving user onboarding and adoption, including training programs, documentation, and support strategies.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce implementation experience in professional services or B2B RevOps environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Zapier, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia Services CPQ, Certinia PSA, or Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification or experience with Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce features.
