Base compensation: $187,100β$327,500 per year, plus eligibility for a company performance bonus and potential long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of real-world evidence studies within an assigned therapeutic area or function.
- Serve as principal investigator and lead researcher for assigned studies.
- Manage cross-functional study teams, external partners, vendors, and strategic collaborations.
- Use real-world data platforms, partnership platforms, and analytical tools to support research execution.
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders, customers, and the scientific community through publications and conferences.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on RWE methodologies and advanced analytics, including protocol review and strategic consultation.
Requirements
- 8β10 years of experience leading real-world evidence development and stakeholder engagement.
- At least 8 years of research experience using real-world data and applying it to clinical and business decision-making.
- Experience with RWE methodologies, advanced analytics, real-world databases, and research applications.
- Demonstrated research accomplishments, such as peer-reviewed publications and scientific conference presentations.
- Masterβs degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health economics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, strategic thinking, business acumen, and project management skills.
