Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - Full Time - Sun-Tues - Overnights

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time overnight shift, Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to patients from six months through adulthood undergoing surgical or invasive interventions.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Apply current evidence-based practices and the Professional Practice Model.
• Use data to improve quality and safety.
• Use informatics and clinical technology to communicate, manage information, mitigate errors, and support decision-making.
• Develop competence in circulating general and specialty cases, surgical equipment setup, and robotic surgeries.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an associate degree in nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• At least two years of experience required for the sign-on bonus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete unit-specific competencies, including Basic Life Support within 30 days and surgical competencies within 90–180 days.
