Salary: $75,400–$125,600 annually. A second annual pay range of $85,000–$113,300 is also listed.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, product teams, subject matter experts, and customers to understand problems and analysis needs.
• Plan analysis approaches, conduct business and system discovery, and document current-state processes, capabilities, systems, data, and value streams.
• Research user needs, facilitate workshops and interviews, and elicit business requirements and change impacts.
• Lead market, financial, operational, and organizational data analysis to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and inform decisions.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, recommendations, future-state designs, and target-state capabilities.
• Lead requirements elicitation, solution documentation, process mapping, testing support, and multiple concurrent transformation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including business analysis, process improvement, research, discovery, or transformation projects.
• Experience leading or supporting analysis in AI transformation projects and identifying AI opportunities, use cases, and exploratory initiatives.
• Active use of AI tools beyond basic prompting, with experience developing or guiding solutions with business impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with technology teams and knowledge of IT practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; a business management or related degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI-powered productivity tools.
