Group Health and Safety Lead

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the hirify.global Group health and safety management system across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as the UK statutory competent person and advise senior management, the Board, and business units on compliance, risk mitigation, and liability insurance.
• Lead the international GATES health and safety network and oversee local activity across hirify.global offices.
• Design and deliver audit, incident reporting, near-miss investigation, corrective action, and assurance programmes.
• Partner with Group Risk and Compliance, Procurement, Property Services, HR, Learning and Development, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior health and safety role; candidates with less experience may be considered if they have the required knowledge.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience managing health and safety in an international organisation.
• Good understanding of the commercial context of the hirify.global Group.
• Ability to connect, consult, and advise colleagues across the organisation.
