Associate Project Manager - Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Tumwater, Washington. Primarily supports field operations and requires up to 80% travel within Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Salary: $82,000–$115,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Support projects from the initial proposal and bidding process through profitable completion.
• Help meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining strong safety performance.
• Support field operations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
• Respond to changing project circumstances and identify the appropriate contacts for questions.
• Work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and make timely project decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 0–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and professional approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam.
