TL;DR

Chief Engineer, Process (Semiconductor): Developing and optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes for MOSFET production with an accent on parameter optimization, cost reduction, yield improvement, and stable production quality. Focus on analyzing process issues, implementing corrective actions, and qualifying new processes for mass production readiness.

Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan; onsite at Nanzih Technology Industrial Park

What you will do

Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for MOSFET products.
Optimize process parameters to improve production stability, quality, and efficiency.
Reduce manufacturing costs and improve production yield.
Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new process introduction, qualification, and mass-production readiness.

Requirements

0–10 years of experience in the semiconductor field or a related area.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline.
