Staff Foundry Technical Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite only

What you will do

• Drive new foundry and fab transfer activities through interface meetings with foundry partners.
• Coordinate technology bring-up with foundry partners and internal design and process teams.
• Lead safe launches for new technologies and key customers with foundry yield teams.
• Manage foundry PCNs, tool changes, and process-change qualification with Foundry Quality.
• Drive process improvements focused on quality, cost, cycle time, and benchmark performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis, material disposition, corrective actions, and foundry QA audit activities for customer RMAs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of semiconductor experience in fab integration engineering or technology development.
• Knowledge of BCD processes, split-gate MOSFETs, and power devices.
• Hands-on experience bringing newly introduced technologies or products to benchmark process performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Taipei, Taiwan; remote work is not available.
