Sr. Strategic Initiatives Manager, Enterprise Partner Ecosystems (AI)

What you will do

• Build executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Translate leadership priorities into structured plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams to advance enterprise partner and Global System Integrator initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and playbooks that make operations transparent and scalable.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to accelerate reporting and reduce manual upkeep.
• Support the leader of the enterprise partner and GSI strategy through executive reporting and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, business operations, or program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, or presentations for senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience applying or testing AI tools in real workflows, such as reporting, documentation, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including models, dashboards, or leadership-facing presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
