Site Cyber Security Leader (Cybersecurity)

Location: DYMC Dayton Mix Center, Dayton, United States; onsite role

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and execute the site's cybersecurity strategy, action plan, governance, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Implement enterprise cybersecurity standards, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.
• Serve as the site's primary cybersecurity incident contact and support investigation, response, recovery, and lessons-learned activities.
• Build cybersecurity awareness through campaigns, workshops, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Partner with operations, engineering, digital, IT, and technical teams to drive security ownership and alignment without direct authority.
• Strengthen protection of critical systems and information through practical, sustainable security practices.

Requirements

• Strong influencing, leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience simplifying complex technical topics and driving change through partnership and influence.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, security controls, compliance, and incident response.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, identity and access management, and business continuity and resilience.
• Knowledge of Industrial Control System and Operational Technology security.
