Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA, with potential rotation placements in Plymouth, Wyoming, and Roseau, Minnesota; Huntsville, Alabama; Wilmington, Ohio; and Vermillion, South Dakota. Daily commuting to the office is required, and relocation between sites may be required.
Salary: $79,000–$88,500 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do
- Complete four six-month rotations across infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, compliance, and enterprise technology operations.
- Support identity and access management, privileged access controls, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security governance.
- Help maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, technology services, and platforms supporting employees, manufacturing facilities, and business operations.
- Contribute to IT controls, audits, regulatory compliance, risk management, and standards including SOX and CMMC.
- Improve asset management, service delivery, automation, process optimization, system reliability, and technology visibility.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week and commute reliably to the office.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or a related business field, with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, and leadership skills.

- Previous internship or co-op experience.
- Interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, or IT operations.
- Understanding of networking, cloud computing, information security, or enterprise systems.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteering, or work.
- Curiosity, initiative, continuous-learning mindset, and interest in long-term career growth.
