Manager Cyber Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite role requiring U.S. Person status for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Lead the company-wide information security function, operating model, budget, policies, standards, and risk-based control framework.
• Develop and monitor a strategic security program covering confidentiality, integrity, availability, privacy, safety, and recovery of information assets.
• Manage security incidents, threat monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity alignment.
• Partner with Legal, IT, privacy stakeholders, and vendors on data protection, third-party risk, DPAs, and security controls.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments, manage DSARs, support data breach response, and maintain data protection documentation.
• Report program metrics and risk treatment progress to stakeholders at executive and board levels.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in risk management, information security, and IT or OT security, including at least three years of relevant experience and three years managing others.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, US data privacy, regional privacy requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, NIST 800-53, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience managing a global organization and communicating security and risk concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Project management skills covering budgets, scheduling, resources, and dotted-line leadership.
• U.S. Person status is required for ITAR-controlled data access.

Nice to have

• Degree in business administration, technology, or an equivalent combination of work and education.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or a similar certification.
