Service Delivery Project Manager (Networking)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global's equity plan.

What you will do

• Lead network design and deployment planning with customers, translating business goals, constraints, and site conditions into practical network plans.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations, risks, tradeoffs, timelines, and deployment quality.
• Develop standards, tools, playbooks, and workflows that make deployments faster, simpler, and more consistent.
• Analyze deployment data to identify patterns and improve operational performance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on platform and tooling changes required to improve deployments.
• Lead larger and more complex rollouts across new markets, industries, and regions.

Requirements

• Systems-oriented approach to designing repeatable operational solutions rather than repeatedly fixing the same issues.
• Clear communication and precise stakeholder management.
• Ability to use data to identify operational leverage and guide improvements.
• Ability to adapt when plans change while protecting quality and timelines.
• Strong customer communication skills, including building trust, asking direct questions, and explaining tradeoffs.
• Ability to build or adapt practical tools and workflows such as templates and trackers.
