2027 Early Careers: Analyst, Claims (Insurance)

Location: United States — Lenexa, Kansas; Houston, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; or New York, New York. In-person role requiring office attendance at least four days per week.

Salary: $69,500–$83,400 per year

What you will do

• Support the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims.
• Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, legal, HR, operations teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor claims activity, respond to customer inquiries, and support accurate payments, appropriate reserving, and cost management.
• Promote consistency, operational excellence, and claims best practices across the organization.
• Gain exposure to claims adjusting and examining, administration and analytics, fraud and recovery, account relationship management, and claims operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree expected no later than June 2027; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Availability to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work in the office at least four days per week.
