Director, Data Science - Graph & Insights

Location: Miami, FL, United States; must be willing to work in the US and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

What you will do

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for household and identity graph capabilities.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing data science team while remaining hands-on with complex technical work.
• Set technical direction for graph science, identity resolution, statistical modeling, and machine learning initiatives.
• Improve graph assets through entity resolution, conflict resolution, audience segmentation, graph enrichment, and data-source integration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Ad Sales to prioritize initiatives and translate findings into business decisions.
• Define success metrics and deliver scalable solutions that improve audience intelligence, advertising capabilities, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Experience leading large-scale data science initiatives from concept through production and influencing technical and business strategy.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, graph-based analytics, and quantitative methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, plus experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, data science, or another quantitative discipline; full professional English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with pseudonymous identity frameworks, device graphs, household graphs, identity graphs, entity resolution, or conflict resolution.
• Experience with very large datasets, distributed data processing, and proprietary data products for advertising technology, personalization, customer analytics, or audience measurement.
• Advanced degree and professional Spanish proficiency, or interest in becoming proficient in Spanish.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations.
