Food Service Repair Technician

hirify.global operates an animal rescue and entertainment park focused on animal care and guest experiences.

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical and gas appliances used in food preparation.
• Apply safe work practices, including personal protective equipment, safe lifting, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide service to guests and team members.
• Cover night shifts when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience each in electrical, gas, and mechanical work; commercial kitchen equipment experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ANSI and N.F.P.A. standards, basic knowledge of N.E.C., and cross-training in other maintenance fields.
• Basic mathematical, verbal, and written English skills.
• Valid driver’s license and basic hand tools.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, lift 50–100 pounds, work in extreme weather, and complete required training, tests, and certifications.
