Digital & IT Leadership Development Program Associate - Digital Product Development

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA, with possible rotations in Plymouth, Wyoming, Roseau, Huntsville, Wilmington, and Vermillion. Daily commuting to the office and relocation between rotation sites are required.

Salary: $79,000–$88,500 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across digital product development and IT.
• Define product vision, gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver digital solutions.
• Design, build, test, and enhance digital products, applications, and platforms.
• Support enterprise architecture, technology strategy, integrations, and scalable technology ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Support connected vehicle experiences, cloud solutions, AI-enabled tools, automation, and IoT technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related business field, with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week beginning January 11, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to travel, relocate between rotation sites, and commute daily to the office with reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, plus strengths in analysis, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, self-motivation, and leadership.
