Salary: $91,000–$185,900 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for Digital Investing platform support and enhancement initiatives.
- Set priorities for production support, platform maintenance, modernization, and smaller feature enhancements.
- Partner with Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, UX, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Digital Investing product and technology teams.
- Support release planning, production readiness, incident response, and post-release stabilization.
- Improve platform resiliency, scalability, maintainability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading digital products in a complex, technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile product development and software delivery practices.
- Experience with roadmap management, prioritization, product judgment, and stakeholder influence.
- Ability to work with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and UX partners.
