Digital Product Manager (Airtable)

Location: Hybrid schedule in the Cincinnati, Ohio office, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

Procter & Gamble is a consumer products corporation with a Business Transformation team supporting digital tools and process improvement.

What you will do

• Design and maintain Airtable bases, relational data models, automations, interfaces, and portals for end-to-end low-code products.
• Own product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, personas, stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization.
• Define and improve value KPIs covering adoption, engagement, productivity, and time savings.
• Investigate bugs, triage issues, drive fixes, and maintain product architecture and operational documentation.
• Plan migrations from existing tools, train users, and support adoption and day-to-day operations.
• Manage integrations with enterprise data and workflows, including APIs and Power Automate, while ensuring governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in digital product management, customer success, or related work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into product intent, focused scope, and usable data and analytics capabilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and parallel workstreams.
• Familiarity with agile product development, DevOps, low-code/no-code solution design, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Cincinnati, Ohio office; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Power-builder experience with Airtable or similar low-code/no-code tools, including relational modeling, automations, interfaces, portals, and API integrations.
• Relational database design, row-level security, Power Automate, REST APIs, or webhooks.
• PSM or DevOps Foundations certification and experience with production software or business applications.
• Experience with GenAI productivity tools such as M365 Copilot, and interest in AI-driven workflow automation.
• Experience with Python, Markdown, and GitHub.
