Int Payroll Integration Analyst (SQL)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa; hybrid environment. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $60,000–$68,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of standard payroll integrations during client onboarding.
• Partner with clients, payroll vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve integration issues.
• Research payroll integration and data-load errors, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Use SQL to analyze and reconcile payroll data.
• Document integration requirements, file mappings, test results, and Jira issues.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, support early production cycles after go-live, and test system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in payroll integrations, HRIS, or data analysis.
• Experience with payroll vendors, file-feed configurations, and troubleshooting system or data errors.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis.
• Proficiency with DB2 or Microsoft SQL Server database tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting retirement plan administration.
• Experience with file mapping and data conversion processes.
