Technical Product Associate (Retail/eCommerce)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York; 100% on-site

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Operate complex order management, ERP, and custom back-office systems supporting customer-facing channels.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies.
• Document requirements, present solution options and timelines, and implement approved technology solutions.
• Collaborate with system integrators and developers, configure third-party tools, and optimize existing integrations.
• Test technology and processes for accuracy, resilience, and scalability while tracking related business KPIs.
• Launch new solutions, train internal teams, and provide technical support through organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of product management or technical/solutions architecture experience.
• Engineering or software development experience.
• Previous experience or extensive knowledge of retail or e-commerce businesses.
• Fluent SQL skills, including MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or comparable database querying languages.
• Moderate understanding of API design and connectivity, with proficiency in Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Experience with Agile product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
