Technical Product Associate (eCommerce)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY; 100% on-site

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Operate complex business systems, including order management, ERP, and custom back-office software supporting customer-facing channels.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business categories, identify growth opportunities, document findings, and present solution proposals with implementation timelines.
• Implement approved solutions independently with existing tooling, through custom development with system integrators and developers, or by procuring and configuring third-party vendors.
• Present designs, mock-ups, and demos; enhance integrations; and ensure solutions remain aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Track business KPIs, test technology and processes for accuracy, resilience, and scalability, and support launches, training, and operational change.
• Assist Technical Product Managers and prioritize product work and development hours to deliver completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1–3 years of Product Management or Technical/Solutions Architecture experience, including engineering or software development experience.
• Previous experience or extensive knowledge of retail or eCommerce businesses.
• Fluent in SQL, including MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or other database querying languages.
• Moderate understanding of API design and connectivity, with proficiency in Postman or comparable API testing tools.
• Experience with Agile product management software such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday.
• Confident written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of AI tools and systems.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, process-driven, assertive, action-oriented, and effective at time management and communication.
