SEO Manager (SEO): Developing and managing comprehensive SEO strategies for national, international, and multi-location brands with an accent on hyperlocal SEO, technical optimization, and enterprise search platforms. Location: Atlanta, GA or Knoxville, TN; remote employees must be based in the United States.

What you will do
- Own client-facing responsibilities, including status updates, reporting calls, dashboards, and ongoing account communication.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for national, international, and multi-location brands.
- Monitor and analyze website, global, and hyperlocal SEO performance using enterprise analytics and search platforms.
- Identify keyword opportunities, technical improvements, off-page opportunities, and competitive threats, then drive recommendations through implementation.
- Manage link-building strategies, content outreach, relationship building, and thought leadership across multiple verticals.
- Coordinate with internal and external website development partners, manage team workloads, mentor reports, and support SEO training and process development.
Requirements
- Deep experience in hyperlocal SEO, business listing management, ratings and reviews, directory optimization, and duplicate-location removal.
- Technical SEO expertise covering hreflang, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, 301 redirects, schema markup, linking strategies, international CMS architectures, country/language URLs, and title tags.
- Experience managing enterprise SEO software such as BrightEdge, Conductor, or seoClarity, including multi-engine and multi-language rank tracking.
- Strong analytical, client communication, presentation, and account management skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, BrightEdge, and Adobe Analytics.
- Remote employees must be based in the United States.
