What you will do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to complex oncology and hematology patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess patients, plan and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary oncology team, implement treatment, and evaluate outcomes.
• Initiate and maintain venous access devices and administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, intravenous medications, vaccines, and other prescribed treatments.
• Apply evidence-based oncology guidelines, symptom-management tools, treatment protocols, and chemotherapy administration safety standards.
• Identify and manage oncologic emergencies, assist with examinations and diagnostic procedures, and complete required documentation.
• Identify patient access barriers, connect patients and caregivers with resources, and support EPIC integration and related clinical initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate of Science in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Current BLS/CPR training, ONCC Oncology Certification (OCN), and ONS Chemo/Biotherapy Card.
• 3–4 years of professional nursing experience, including 1–2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
