Marketing Communications Manager (Construction)

Location: Thornton, Colorado; essential functions must be performed at a company-designated office or field location.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Develop and lead an enterprise-wide content strategy aligned with corporate goals and brand standards.
• Lead internal and external communications, including company announcements, leadership messaging, marketing content, and technical materials.
• Oversee corporate website content, social media strategy, brochures, videos, newsletters, proposals, and other communication channels.
• Ghostwrite executive communications, investor scripts, annual reports, and press releases.
• Use data-driven insights and relevant metrics to evaluate and improve communication and campaign strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team while collaborating with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive corporate communications experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role with direct reports.
• Proven ability to motivate and direct teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats and working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies; CRM and project management tool experience is preferred.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction or A/E/C industry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools.
