Social Media Content Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the integrated organic brand content strategy across owned channels.
• Plan, create, and execute content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Glassdoor, Handshake, and emerging platforms.
• Own the editorial calendar, content roadmap, governance process, and organic channel performance reporting.
• Translate the employee value proposition into employer brand and recruitment marketing content.
• Manage community engagement, audience sentiment monitoring, employee advocacy, and brand storytelling.
• Manage photography, video production, freelance resources, external partners, and content budgets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand reputation, content strategy, or organic social strategy for enterprise brands.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and influencing stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing employer brand and recruitment marketing content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills.
• Experience with social publishing, social listening, and analytics platforms.
• AI fluency, sound editorial judgment, strong project management skills, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
