Customer Service Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Remote role for candidates living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Dallas Customer Experience Center at 3100 Spur 482, Irving, Texas.

Hourly rate: $20.70–$31.40

What you will do

• Engage with inbound customers online and by phone to understand their needs.
• Recommend vehicles using knowledge of hirify.global inventory and customer preferences.
• Guide customers through online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
• Connect the online shopping experience with in-store purchasing.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Obtain an Automotive Salesperson License where required, including completing testing and possible travel.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong listening, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Genesys or equivalent contact center systems.
• Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center.
• Must be able to obtain an Automotive Salesperson License in applicable states.
