Electrical Superintendent - Heavy Industrial - Michels Power, Inc.

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; various project locations with travel required

What you will do

• Plan resource availability through local unions and referral systems.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
• Assist the General Foreman with scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment.
• Lead large field crews and optimize resource use to minimize travel time.
• Update progress reports and forecast manpower requirements.
• Promote and enforce strong safety leadership across field operations.

Requirements

• Experience with compressor, metering, and pumping stations.
• Industrial field experience in gas generation or power generation.
• Direct electrical or industrial field experience.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and communication skills.
• Experience working with IBEW union halls and referral systems.
• Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel are required.
