Associate Construction Project Manager - Substations (Substation Construction)

Location: Nationwide project-based assignments in the United States; long-term onsite work and travel required

What you will do

• Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of substation and utility construction projects.
• Track project budgets, costs, labor, schedules, productivity, performance metrics, billing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, utilities, and other project stakeholders.
• Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, contract compliance, and change management.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with federal and state agency correspondence and reporting.
• Provide administrative and project support in active construction site environments during extended assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience; substation, electrical, or utility construction experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and learn quickly.
