Electrical Superintendent (Heavy Industrial)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI; various project locations with travel required

What you will do

• Plan resource availability through local unions and referral systems.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
• Assist the General Foreman with scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment.
• Lead large field crews and improve operational efficiency by minimizing travel time.
• Update progress reports and forecast manpower needs.
• Promote safety across heavy industrial electrical projects.

Requirements

• Experience with compressor, metering, and pumping stations.
• Industrial experience in gas generation and power generation.
• Direct electrical and industrial field experience.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, communication, and safety leadership skills.
• Experience working with IBEW union halls and referral systems.
• Basic computer skills, a valid driver license for applicable vehicles, and an acceptable driving record.
