Electrical Superintendent - Heavy Industrial - Michels Power, Inc.

Location: Minneapolis, MN; various project locations with travel required

Salary: $54–$70.50 per hour

What you will do

• Plan resource availability through local union halls and referral systems.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
• Assist the General Foreman with scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment.
• Lead large electrical field crews on heavy industrial projects.
• Update progress reports and forecast manpower needs.
• Promote safety and improve field efficiency while minimizing travel time.

Requirements

• Experience with compressor, metering, and pumping stations.
• Industrial experience in gas generation and power generation.
• Direct electrical or industrial field experience.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, communication, and safety leadership skills.
• Experience working with IBEW union halls and referral systems.
• Valid driver license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.
