2027 Business Technology Advisory Consulting Intern (Enterprise Software)

Location: United States; compensation range applies across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. The role follows a principally in-person Workplace for Your Day model with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team.

Salary: $33.00–$36.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support client interviews, document business processes, identify technology needs, and translate requirements into enterprise software recommendations.
• Assess current-state applications, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and future-state technology options.
• Research vendor solutions, support requests for proposal, analyze proposals, prepare demonstrations, and develop client decision-making materials.
• Track implementation activities, document risks and issues, and support change management, training, testing, and process documentation.
• Conduct research on enterprise technology, operational improvement, and emerging business technology trends.
• Build industry knowledge and professional relationships through client service, networking, practice development, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in management information systems, industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, information technology management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, project coordination, facilitation, analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client and internal priorities while remaining organized, responsive, and accountable.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable approach to work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous customer-facing, team-based, technology, operations, or business analysis experience.
• Foundational knowledge of information technology, enterprise cloud applications, business process design, supply chain, accounting, finance, or operations.
• Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English skills may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
