Customer Service Representative (Taste)

Location: Manila (Warehouse), Philippines — onsite

What you will do

• Process domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, confirmations, invoicing, documentation, and delivery follow-up.
• Record and manage delayed orders through late-order reporting, updates, and corrective actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate complaints, escalations, returns, and credit or debit disputes with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily delivery operations and follow up with 3PL and 4PL forwarders to support timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in PR1 and support process improvements, best-practice sharing, and order-management system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FSSC 22000, audit requirements, and government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with domestic and international trade.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and VLOOKUP.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels, strong collaboration, and cross-cultural awareness.
