What you will do

• Facilitate in-person and virtual job-readiness and program-related workshops for customers, clients, and participants statewide.
• Deliver interventions that develop participants’ soft and hard skills and improve employment preparation.
• Evaluate workshop effectiveness with project leadership and recommend content improvements.
• Develop workshop content and coordinate sessions with program and community partners.
• Manage workshop registration, sign-in, attendance tracking, and the monthly workshop calendar.
• Facilitate assigned staff training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social services, education, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and instruct others in a group setting.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Familiarity with videoconferencing systems.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Previous experience in social services.
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
