Medical Education Program Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Travel up to 40% is required, including overnight domestic and international trips lasting 1–7 days.

Annual salary: $100,000–$120,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Design and deliver physician education initiatives, including Centers of Excellence training, hands-on workshops, fellow events, site visits, and physician-led training.
• Plan and manage education events, advisory boards, user meetings, webinars, and tradeshow support from conception through completion.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for engaging key opinion leaders in alignment with business priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, healthcare professionals, and healthcare institutions.
• Oversee healthcare professional documentation and Sunshine Act reporting.
• Analyze event outcomes and apply data-informed improvements to education programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional education, clinical affairs, marketing, or sales.
• Previous experience working with key opinion leaders.
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati and travel up to 40%.

Nice to have

• Experience managing physician education programs or Centers of Excellence.
• Background in breast care or oncology.
