Sr. Product Manager (Payments)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team in designing, developing, and delivering features for digital Treasury Management products.
• Capture customer and subject-matter-expert requirements and translate business and technical needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own, organize, and prioritize the commercial payments backlog in alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, monitor sprint progress and velocity, and promote continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, customer support, and senior stakeholders on scope, releases, adoption, and performance.
• Use customer feedback, analytics, market trends, and KPIs to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and maximize customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment and leading Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management, Cash Management, or financial services platforms.
• Experience with commercial payment products, including ACH, wires, and RTP.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Treasury Management or Cash Management platform providers.
• Familiarity with bulk payments.
