Shift Coordinator 2 - Shipping/Receiving (BCS) (Manufacturing)

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, United States; Wallace Ave. Onsite, 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Compensation: $26.26–$35.05 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.

What you will do

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees while auditing work processes and products against production specifications.
• Inspect products and shipments, review machine setups and production samples, and verify conformance to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality policies, procedures, and production objectives.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments and participate in production meetings as needed.
• Train new employees, contract workers, and guests on safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Maintain shift schedules and attendance transactions when required, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with computers and software, including Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets, and job-specific programs.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds rarely, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
