Quality Systems Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Vonore, Tennessee, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $23.07–$25.75 per hour, with possible annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive.

What you will do

• Administer QC2 and EQMS, including model setup, inspection improvements, update testing, module implementation, and user support.
• Control official quality documents, procedures, forms, audit records, and calibration databases.
• Coordinate internal audits, track findings, and partner with cross-functional teams to close corrective actions.
• Analyze DPU and warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and summaries using Business Objects, Power BI, and Excel.
• Maintain reporting databases and shared files, manage QA supplies, and support quality initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with experience in data reporting and analysis.
• Administrative experience with paperwork and multiple tracking systems.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, work extended hours when needed, and comply with facility safety and PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with QCIS/QC2, EQMS, Compass, or Salesforce.
• Internal audit program coordination experience.
• Knowledge of DPU, warranty systems, and manufacturing quality processes.
• Experience with Business Objects or Power BI.
• Environmental, health, and safety experience.
