Sales Supervisor - Night Shift (Live Streaming)

Location: Onsite at 34-09 Queens Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11101. Overnight schedule: 8:00pm–5:00am, Tuesday–Saturday.

Salary: $66,300–$75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee streamers during live shows, maintaining pacing, show structure, product handling, and an engaging brand experience.
• Train, coach, and manage live-stream sales performance against sales, pacing, and engagement goals.
• Manage the streaming floor by assigning stations, coordinating breaks, and maintaining smooth workflows.
• Ensure inventory and backup products are prepared before and during shifts.
• Track and report sales metrics, viewer engagement, operational issues, and coaching feedback to management.
• Manage live-stream team schedules and coverage across all shifts.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in live operations management, studio production, retail management, creator or streamer support, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with leadership and managing employee performance, preferably for teams with revenue targets.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously.
• Experience managing staff schedules, break rotations, or shift coverage.
• Strong communication skills for real-time feedback, coaching, and direction.
• Experience training staff in customer engagement, callouts, product handling, and performance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong familiarity with the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
• Experience selling on Whatnot, TikTok Live, or other live-shopping platforms.
• Knowledge of TCG trends, the collectibles market, and audience preferences.
• Basic knowledge of video and audio equipment, including lights, cameras, and microphones.
