Principal Data Product Manager (Data)

Location: 99% remote with one onsite meeting per quarter; candidates must reside in DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, or FL.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise data products and services.
• Define the data product vision, strategy, operating model, roadmap, success metrics, and priorities.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into data platform requirements and high-quality data solutions.
• Lead product discovery, data and analytics platform deployment, and data product catalog development.
• Coordinate business leaders, data directors, product managers, architects, engineers, analysts, scientists, SMEs, and product owners.
• Lead cross-functional teams, assess competitive data capabilities, and identify opportunities for data innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, engineering, information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience leading data product initiatives in the PBM space.
• Expertise in data integration, transformation, standardization, enterprise data platforms, and complex integration roadmaps.
• Knowledge of SQL, AWS instances, Kafka for data consumption, and APIs for data consumption.
• Ability to manage cross-domain architecture solutions and issues and coach, delegate, and develop architects and engineers.
• Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, analytical, relationship-management, and collaboration skills.

• MuleSoft experience.
