Product Manager - Data Integration (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own customer data onboarding and healthcare integration initiatives from requirements gathering through testing and production deployment.
• Translate customer and business requirements into technical specifications, interface requirements, product capabilities, and priorities.
• Define standards for healthcare data exchanges, including formats, field definitions, mappings, validation rules, and business logic.
• Own ingestion and management capabilities for patient, member, provider, eligibility, claims, laboratory, pharmacy, and device data.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action processes for data quality and integration issues.
• Collaborate with customers, Implementation, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success to support launches and scalable platform development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Management, including at least 3 years with healthcare data integrations, interoperability, or healthcare technology platforms.
• Experience managing customer-facing data integration or implementation projects through requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange methods, including sFTP and APIs, and experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable product capabilities within Agile development environments.
• Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, healthcare security, and compliance requirements.
• Must reside in the continental United States.
