Associate Production Manager - Handbag

Location: New York, NY, USA; hybrid work model.

Salary: $64,200–$79,600 per year, plus potential bonus.

What you will do

• Attend in-season production and related meetings and communicate product information from concept through delivery.
• Collect and manage time-and-action information to support the product development calendar.
• Maintain seasonal cost charts, communicate projections and cost targets, and support vendor negotiations.
• Manage sample requests and track samples against deadlines, quality standards, and design requirements.
• Attend fit sessions to verify measurements and coordinate sample corrections.
• Coordinate style details and calendar deadlines across internal teams, vendors, and factories.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in production or product management.
• Experience with garment costing.
• Knowledge of time-and-action calendars.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with PLM and Microsoft Suite.
